Beginning fitness supports healthy body building through personal training and beauty osteopathy. We interviewed Mr. Susumu Horikawa, the representative who commissioned ADDIN Corporation to create their website.
-What led you to commission the website creation?
The trigger was the opening of our second personal gym location. While I had created a simple website for the first location myself, I thought it would be too time-consuming to create one from scratch this time, so I decided to leave it to professionals. That's when I commissioned Mr. Sasaki from ADDIN Corporation, whom I had known for some time.
-What kind of website were you hoping for?
Since I had obtained a beauty osteopath license, I wanted to incorporate that into the new location, making it a theme of both personal gym and beauty osteopathy. Naturally, I was thinking of an image that would appeal to women. I conveyed simple concepts to Mr. Sasaki like "appealing to women," "bright," and "stylish."
-What kind of communication did you have before the actual creation?
It was difficult for me to clearly express in words what I envisioned, so I could only convey a rough image. However, Mr. Sasaki, based on that image, made various specific proposals like "how about this design?" and "what if we did this here?" Thanks to being able to discuss things beforehand, I think we were able to shape my ideal to some extent before starting the production.
-How was the schedule from order to delivery?
Initially, during the consultation stage, we were told it would take about 2 months for production, but it was actually completed in about 1 month. Revisions during production were also handled quickly, which made the process very reassuring.
-Were there any difficulties you felt during the process until delivery?
From the client's side, there were no difficulties at all. While it was my first time commissioning such work and there were many things I didn't understand, Mr. Sasaki understood our goals, did various research, and made better proposals, so we were able to proceed smoothly without any worries or difficulties. Also, being able to check the work in progress at various stages and having speedy responses to revisions was very helpful.
-How was the balance between the finished product and your own image?
I am very satisfied with the finished product, which was of high quality. While I imagine there was a lot of work and effort involved, Mr. Sasaki's words of "please let us know if you have any requests" and actually responding quickly to them made me feel at ease entrusting the work to them.
-How was ADDIN Corporation's overall response?
While I had some concerns as it was my first time commissioning website creation, from the preliminary consultation stage, they understood our needs and made better proposals, and their subsequent responses were quick, making for very pleasant interactions. Thanks to Mr. Sasaki's proposal to incorporate many videos and images into the site, we've seen an increase in inquiries from different generations since the site launch. I think many aspects were incorporated to make it stylish and easy to view for everyone. Without ADDIN's proposals, we wouldn't have had such a package, and I can feel its effects. Many people have viewed it and are pleased with it.
