Building a System for Comprehensive Health Management
We developed a health management system. We built a system that realizes comprehensive health management through health data collection and analysis, health guidance support, and preventive medicine promotion.
What led you to commission the health management system development?
Our organization handles a lot of health data as part of health promotion activities, but the data management was scattered, making efficient analysis and utilization impossible. To provide health guidance based on more scientific evidence, we needed a system that could centrally manage and analyze/utilize data, which led us to commission the development.
What kind of system were you hoping for?
We wanted a system that could consistently manage everything from health data collection to analysis and the resulting health guidance. We particularly emphasized functions to support users' continuous health management and the promotion of preventive medicine using accumulated data. We also had in mind integration with various health devices.
What aspects did you focus on during the development process?
First, we focused on interviews with health guidance staff and users to clarify the actual user profile. ADDIN designed a user-friendly interface based on these results, creating a system that could be operated intuitively even without specialized knowledge. We also particularly focused on data security, making personal information protection the top priority.
What changes did you see after system implementation?
The biggest change was the improvement in health data analysis accuracy. This made it possible to provide health guidance optimized for individual users, resulting in about a 25% improvement in guidance effectiveness. Additionally, data visualization increased users' health awareness, improving retention rates. Furthermore, the promotion of preventive medicine using accumulated data has contributed to reducing medical costs.
What was memorable about the process from development to implementation?
We were very impressed by ADDIN's flexible response capabilities. Even when new requirements arose during development, they responded quickly and always proposed the best solutions. Their support system after implementation was also thorough, and they provided detailed training for field staff, allowing us to smoothly transition to the new system.
Please tell us about your future plans for system utilization and outlook.
Currently, the system is mainly used within our organization, but we are also looking at collaboration with local medical institutions and health facilities. We are also planning further functional expansion, such as adding health risk prediction functions using AI and strengthening integration with mobile apps. We want to contribute to the social challenge of extending healthy life expectancy through this system.
How do you view your future relationship with ADDIN?
Through this system development, we highly evaluate ADDIN's technical capabilities and proposal power. We want to build a continuous partnership as long-term partners, not just for system maintenance and operation, but also for new function development and integration with other systems. As the field of health promotion evolves daily, we want to continue receiving technical support.
